Hublot Classic Fusion 'Black Magic' Watch Review Hello everyone and welcome to another Chronostore.com luxury watch review, my name is Christian and today I’ll be sharing a HUBLOT Classic Fusion ‘Black Magic’ Watch. This multi-textured, black-on-black watch has a divided 45mm case, the body of it being polished ceramic, accompanied by a satin-finished bezel and end-pieces with rubber accents on each side of case to go with the crown and band, which is an adjustable rubber strap held together by a stainless steel clasp. From here you can also see it comes with an open caseback, but the most appealing aspect is that the watch boasts a mat bespoke carbon fiber dial with sword-shaped hands and a date-window. See this watch on our website: https://goo.gl/qdk8kO Discover Hublot: https://goo.gl/OR7n4E Greetings. I'm Tim of Govberg, and welcome to the world of Hublot. Today I'll be your guide to the features and facets of the Hublot Classic Fusion Ceramic King Gold. This timepiece is both elegant and versatile. Now you can see starting from the clasp and working our way in, King Gold blazon on the top with the dual, signature H pattern Hublot titanium bolts, but on the inside, thoughtful design continues. Now you can see, even this has been styled, the inner, swing arm. You can see the signature Hublot H cross member and a minder-less system that tucks any excess strap underneath the clasp body, so there's no need for minder loops and excess strap is invisible once buckled. You'll also note a robust, twin-trigger release system within the clasp. Twin-trigger release, both must be depressed. You need positive release before it can pop open. Maximum security afforded your Hublot on the wrist. Now the strap is a long-time Hublot signature. Since its origins in the early 1980s, as a revolutionary in materials fusion, Hublot has been using natural, vulcanized straps, natural rubber, just like that original Hublot product, paired with a little bit of gold. Precious metal and rubber in juxtaposition with striations on the top for a visual articulation, substance in its cross-section, and you'll note, taper as it blends into the flow of the lugs, very supple on the wrist, also durable and versatile. You don't have to swap it out if you expect your watch to get wet, which is why this is a decidedly surf-and-turf watch option. Now you can see, the black ceramic allows the watch to be almost indelible. Ceramic, exceptionally hard, kiln-fired material, resistant to scratches, much like a sapphire crystal, but you'll note that it is not undifferentiated. A satin finish has been applied to the hoods of the lugs, contrasting polished metal H-pattern bolts have been inserted, and there's a high polish on the sensuous flanks of the case, again, to set it apart from the both the king gold and the brush or satin-finished portions. Now, the bezel itself, again, in Hublot fashion, features materials-fusion. Polished titanium H-pattern bezel bolts stand out beautifully against the satin-finished king gold. Now, king gold is an Hublot, proprietary alloy. It's like rose and red gold, only it's even more intense. It finds parallels in the crown, as well as the appliques on the dial. Now, all of the faceted and polished hour indices are rendered in red gold. There's gilt-style printing on a rich, woven, carbon-fiber backdrop. Again, materials fusion, and skeletonized red gold hands. You can even see the counter-weight of the seconds hand beautifully blazon with the Hublot H. No detail has been unattended. On the case back of this remarkably simple, durable, and versatile timepiece, we find an Hublot automatic caliber 1112 with a 42-hour power reserve. Now, it boasts smooth, automatic winding in both directions. It also features additional refinements on top of its 42-hour power reserve and automatic winding, it features hacking seconds, so that when you pull the crown you do stop the balance, you halt the seconds hand, and now you can synchronize to a reference time, such as an atomic clock. Moreover, the watch features a quick-set function for the date, such that you can rapidly cycle it to correct should the watch encounter an irregular month or run down. This 42-millimeter black, ceramic case is beautifully juxtaposed to its titanium elements and the richness of that king, red gold. You can see this, and the entire family of Hublot family of model lines on our website, govbergwatches.com.

http://www.thewatchbox.com/watches/hublot/#big-bang The Hublot Classic Fusion Aerofusion Black Magic is a 45mm black ceramic "missing link" in the Hublot catalog. More than any other model, this one ties the elegance of the original MDM Geneve to the brash exuberance of the modern Big Bang and King Power. With a skeletonized dial, scratch-defying ceramic case, and the king of complications - a chronograph - the Aerofusion "fuses" the best elements of Hublot's past and present. Hublot launched the Classic Fusion line in 2008 to recapture some of the refinement and uptown cachet of its original thin-and-fine dress models. While Hublot wisely abandons sub-40mm cases and quartz movements to the era of Junk Bonds and Rambo, the Aerofusion Black Magic retains some of the appealing discretion of the early MDM Geneve "Hublot" models. First and foremost, the case in black ceramic is thinner and more elegant in its proportions than the Hublot Big Bang and King Power equivalents. Want an Hublot that can slip under a dress cuff or sport jacket sleeve? The Classic Fusion Aerofusion Black Magic is your go-to Hublot. Contrasting finish - brushed and polished surfaces - is employed in lieu of gold or day glow colors to generate visual intrigue. Both case and bezel feature this subtle treatment, and both ceramic assemblies offer scratch resistance that is a world removed from the fragile gold cases of the 1980s - or the PVD cases of the 1990s, for that matter! "Aero" is Hublot-speak for "skeleton," and the Hublot Aerofusion Black Magic lives up to its billing. The entire dial rests on a sapphire platform that allows the subdials, hour indices, and calibrations to "float" above the visible movement below. The entire face of the Hublot Aerofusion Black Magic has an light, delicate, and gossamer appearance that defies Hublot's reputation for mass and excess. An Hublot automatic caliber 1155 chronograph motivates this mass of kiln-fired zirconium. Thanks to the skeleton dial, the polished works of the chronograph mechanism can be viewed in action without removing the watch from one's wrist. A jump-date, 42-hour power reserve, and smooth vertical-clutch chronograph engagement keep the Hublot Aerofusion Black Magic's operation as sharp as its looks. See this remarkably nuanced Hublot Classic Fusion Aerofusion Black Magic in high-resolution images on www.thewatchbox.com. Video and content by Tim Mosso

Shop the Hublot Collection: https://goo.gl/pt93GT Greetings, I'm Tim of Govberg, and welcome to the world of Hublot. Today I'll be your guide to the proper usage, care and maintenance of your Hublot Classic Fusion Ceramic Blue. Now this is an automatic winding watch by means of case back winding rotor. That rotor converts the energy of the wrist into motion of the three hands of the watch. However, should you wish to manually wind your timepiece, simply take the crown in its first position flush to the case and turn it in a clockwise direction 20 to 30 turns. This should be sufficient to start the movement. The seconds hand will begin to advance and now you can use the precise settings functions, such as the quick set date and the stop seconds mechanism to set your watch precisely against a reference. Now it's best to find an online atomic clock. I recommend the US Navel Observatory, and then set your watch to the same hour, stop the seconds hand at 60, and then set to the next nearest minute relative to your reference time. Wait for the reference time to catch up precisely to the hour, minute and second that you set it in, to press the crown resume the beat of the watch. Now you've synchronized the time. The watch also features a quick set mechanism, which is one detent out from flush to the case. Now in this position you can rapidly cycle the date to correct the watch should it run down or encounter an irregular length month. But take note, the quick set function should never be used between the hours of 8PM and 3AM as this is the automatic date changeover zone when the watch is automatically changing its own date. Keep the quick set disused during this period from 8PM to 3AM, as attempting to use the quick set during that period with crash the movement and cause damage. Return the crown flush to the case once the watch is set and wound. Now there are three areas of handling restriction with respect to this timepiece that pertain to the movement's well being. There's one that pertains to the longevity of your case. The timepiece is crafted of black ceramic, an extremely hard material used by Hublot to prevent conventional scratches, scuffs and marks of wear from appearing on the case. It's effectively just like a sapphire crystal in that it's indelible if treated well throughout its life. However, like a sapphire crystal, ceramic should not be subject to blunt force or hard trauma against surfaces such as metal, concrete or rock as under the right conditions a sufficiently violent hit can fracture the ceramic. Now there are three areas of handling restriction and care that you should keep in mind with respect to the longevity of your movement. Water, magnetism and shock. Now this watch is water resistant to 50 meters, which is sufficient for surface exposure, not vigorous or deep submergence aquatic activity. But keep in mind, that leather is featured on the strap, is a natural porus material that is never water resistant, therefore ensure the watch is on a fully water resistant band before exposure to moisture. Moreover, you can help to avoid accidental drownings by keeping the crown flush to the case at all times when the watch is submerged, or when there's water on the case. Attempting to use the crown for winding or setting can bypass the seals if the case is wet in process introducing water to the interior of the watch. Shock and concussion, however, can cause more permanent damage to your watch, minimally causing in imprecision, maximally damaging the case, or even stopping the movement. Therefore, ensure that the watch is disused during the riding of ATV's or mountain bikes, during firearms marksmanship, or batting, tennis and golf. Ultimately every fine mechanical timepiece requires a comprehensive service. Hublot recommends every three to five years a comprehensive overhaul of your watch. It's best to have total condition, which is water resistance, chronometric performance, exterior component condition checked during your annual water test at an authorized service center because these agencies solely have the trained personnel, Hublot factory replacement parts, and specialized tools to protect the value of your Classic Fusion as both instrument and as investment. Moreover, only these agencies are authorized back all labor and parts invested with an Hublot factory service warranty. Finally, visit our website at Govebergwatches.com and call, text or email our experts who will be happy to walk you through every phase of the ownership, use and care of this or any Hublot fine timepiece.

Shop the Hublot collection: https://goo.gl/pt93GT Greetings. I'm Tim of Govberg, and welcome to the world of Hublot. Today, I'll be your guide for the proper usage, care, and maintenance of your Hublot classic fusion ceramic Blue 42 millimeter. Now this an automatic winding time piece by means of case back winding mass. The rotor converts the energy of the wrist into main spring barrel wind but, should you wish to manually wind the watch, take the crown in its first position flush to the case and turn it 20 to 30 turns in a clock-wise direction. Now this should be sufficient to start the movement. At this point you can set the date, set the time, wear the watch, it will continue to wind itself. But if you wish to continue to wind up to the maximum rated power reserve of 42 hours, simply continue turning. Listen for the subtle click or tick of the bridal style main spring slipping. You cannot accidentally overwind the watch, it slips to relieve any excess strain, so listen for that audible sign that your watch is fully energized. Once you've wound your watch, you can use two subsidiary functions to set it more precisely. The first is stop seconds, and you see it engaged here. Stop seconds, when you withdraw the crown and halt the balance, arrests the movements of the hands. Set against a reference time such as an online atomic clock, such as that maintained by the U.S. Naval Observatory. Set the watch to the same hour as the atomic clock and the next nearest minute. Wait for the reference time to catch up to the time you've set down to the second, and push the crown in when they coincide. Now you've synchronized your reference time. The watch also features a quick set date. One [inaudible 00:01:42] out from flush to the case, you actuate the quick set, which allows you to turn the crown counter-clockwise and rapidly cycle the date should the watch run down or encounter and irregular length month. It is important to remember that this function should never be used during the hours between 8 PM and 3 AM as this the period when the watch is automatically jumping its date. Take care never to use the quick set during that period, and if you must roll the watch through the date change during that period, do so manually by turning the hands through the date change. Now there are three primary areas of hazard with respect to the handling of your watch, mindful of the movement's longevity. But there's one area with the respect to the longevity of the exterior that needs to be discussed. The timepiece is crafted of high tech Black ceramic, a material Hublot uses to avoid the marks of wear and tear, conventional scratches and scuffs that prematurely age metal watches. The ceramic is effectively as hard as the sapphire crystal meaning only diamond can routinely scratch it. However, under certain extreme circumstances, vicious blows against metal, concrete, or stone may fracture the ceramic, so always treat the ceramic case as you would the crystal over the dial. Highly scratch resistant, but not immune to blunt force trauma against solid objects. Magnetism is unseen but ubiquitous. It's found in proximity to MRI equipment, high-powered speakers, subwoofers, wiring looms, the closures of wallets, purses and refrigerator doors. Keep the watch remote from these sources as a magnetized watch can run erratically fast or slow because the hair spring at the center of the balance, the watch's heartbeat, effectively, has becomes altered by the magnetism. If you suspect, due to erratic running, that your watch has become magnetized, take it to an Hublot authorized service center where specialized equipment is available to quickly and easily de-magnetize the watch. Finally, every fine mechanical watch requires a comprehensive overhaul every three to five years. This will follow the exterior reconditioning of the watch, replacement of a worn strap, restoration of water resistance as well as cleaning, oiling, and re-regulation of the caliber. The total condition of your watch should be checked every year when the watch goes in for the annual water test. If necessary, service exclusively with an Hublot authorized service center or the factory as the agencies solely have the trained personnel, specialized tools, and Hublot original factory replacement parts to protect the value of your classic fusion as both instrument and as investment. Moreover, only these agency are able to back all labor and parts invested with an Hublot factory service warranty. Finally, call, text or email our experts atGovbergWatches.com and they'll be happy to walk you through every phase of the usage and the care of this or any Hublot fine time piece.

Shop the Hublot collection: https://goo.gl/pt93GT Greetings. I'm Tim of Govberg. Welcome to the word of Hublot. Today I'll be your guide to the Hublot Classic Fusion Ceramic Blue in 42 millimeters. This classic fusion timepiece combines elements of Hublot's traditional art of fusion, with a titanium inner case, ceramic outer case, sapphire crystal, alligator leather strap backed by Hublot natural vulcanized rubber. The watch combines the essential Hublot design language as pioneered since the early 1980s, with the latest innovations in material technology and watchmaking savoir faire. Now this is the 42, and yes, there is a 45. What's the difference between them? Well, it's best to look and see firsthand. The 42 and the 45 are distinctly different in overall proportions. The 45, a traditional oversized watch shape and presence on the wrist, is best for those who like their watches to be big, bold, hyper modern. Whereas the 42 is perhaps a more classical, perhaps more universal unisex option for those who love the Hublot form function and style, but perhaps in more discreet proportions overall. You can see the watch features an Hublot trigger actuated deployant clasp. It's a single fold with triggers. The triggers ensure that it can not accidentally pop open. It loops with the opposite side of the strap. You can see the H pattern of the chassis underneath. Hublot designed in every detail, never overlooks an opportunity. It provides security against droppage while donning or removing it bedside by connecting to the opposite side of the strap, and you can see that it features a minderless system that tucks excess strap length underneath the clasp body so that there are no minder loops to mar the lines of the case or the strap. The strap is robust. Natural vulcanized rubber, silky against the skin. You can see it in the signature navy blue of this model, and on the top with a monotone blue stitch you can see the inlaid rectangular scale alligator leather transitioning seamlessly to a case in black ceramic with a resin blue bezel gasket. Now the black ceramic is nuanced in as much as, it's alternately polished as you can see with abundant ease in profile, but also satin finished, or brushed or grained as it's sometimes known. You can see this treatment on the lug hoods as well as the top of the bezel itself. You can see the inset titanium Hublot H pattern bezel bolts framing a dial with spectacular sunburst blue. All of the indices are applied, and the hands at center are faceted to enable easy recognition of the time. You'll also note that the radial pattern of the sunburst dial gives it incredible dynamism such that it transforms as you move it through the light. In soft indoor light as you see now, it glows. In outdoor light it explodes. There's a discreet date window at 3:00 with a black date disk, and it's powered by an Hublot automatic caliber. In this case you're looking at Hublot caliber 1112 automatic. It features stop second so you can halt the time and set the watch precisely against a reference time such as an atomic clock. It also features a quick set for the date, so you can rapidly cycle it if necessary. You can see how the Hublot skeletonized winding mass winds the watch using the kinetic energy of the wrist, and the watch is water resistant to 50 meters, which is sufficient for surface exposure if you like to bathe, wade, or swim on the surface. Just be sure that the watch is on a water resistant band before doing so. You can see this Hublot Classic Fusion Ceramic Blue 42 millimeters in nearly indelible ceramic on our website, govbergwatches.com.

Shop all Hublot watches: http://bit.ly/2P3HvJM French artist and pop culture standout Richard Orlinski joins forces with Hublot to create a luxury watch in the image of his striking polygonal artwork. Rendered in matte blue ceramic, the 2018 Hublot Classic Fusion Aerofusion Chronograph Richard Orlinski 525.EX.0179.RX.ORL18 is a 250-piece limited edition pop art gallery for your wrist. Hublot's Big Bang Orlinski was a trailblazer; the Classic Fusion Aerofusion Orlinski translates the signature style of the artist to a Hublot's fastest rising star: the Classic Fusion collection. Matte blue ceramic offers a striking appearance, Orlinkski's trademark hard angles, and near invulnerability to scratches. Crown and chronograph pushers in black ceramic are just as durable, and the Hublot trademark "H" pattern bezel bolts are rendered in black to offer contrast against the blue base. An Hublot skeleton dial ("Aero," in Hublese) includes dramatic secondary blue elements and hard contrast between silvered hands, silver indices, silver registers, and a black caliber base. A twin register chronograph design keeps the dial clean, and the date hides discreetly at six o'clock. Hublot employs a high grade Swiss Sellita SW300 base with a Dubois Depraz chronograph module. The movement winds automatically, features a 42-hour power reserve, and includes setting refinements such as a quickset date and hacking (stop seconds). This Hublot Classic Fusion Aerofusion features 50-meter water resistance. The Hublot Classic Fusion Aerofusion Chronograph Orlinski is encased in 45mm of blue ceramic surrounding a skeleton dial on a black rubber strap. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds, date, and chronograph. The watch also measures 14.8mm in thickness and 54.6mm from lug-to-lug. For complete details, watch the full review! http://www.thewatchbox.com Hublot adds layers. It's just the Nyon-based watchmaker's way of doing things; add to the list of accomplishments without surrendering old glories. And it's precisely that philosophy of building-on-success that led Hublot to the Big Bang Aero Bang "All Black" limited edition. This murdered-out chronograph, one of only 500 constructed, combines Hublot's famed "fusion" concept with the latest in style and technology. Consider Hublot's history, and the Big Bang Aero Bang All Black makes perfect sense. As the first watchmaker to combine a rubber strap with a gold case (circa 1980) Hublot was an industry iconoclast that saw an opportunity to turn 2+2 into 5, and a hit-maker was launched. Revived in 2005 with the debut of the "Big Bang," the Hublot brand has gone from strength to strength while continuing to innovate with new material combinations. This Aero Bang All Black adds state-of-the-art ceramic to the mix. Ceramic is *the* watch material of the 21st century. It combines the scratch resistance of sapphire crystal with the powerful black tones of PVD metal. Unlike fragile PVD finishes, the ceramic is almost impossible to mar, and even if it receives a small blemish, ceramic is a homogenous material with no shiny surface to shine through from beneath. Hublot's Big Bang "Aero Bang" concept takes the seminal Big Bang - arguably the most influential sports watch of the last decade - and opens the movement from the dial size. The Aero Bang's skeleton dial is expressive, open, and revealing of the machine beneath; its "open air" design language inspires the "Aero Bang" moniker. Hublot's ceramic watch wears big, black, and... comfy. The look is Mad Max meets Audemars Piguet, but the fit of the Hublot is shockingly good. Even on a smaller wrist, Hublot's mastery of supple rubber straps and case ergonomics tames the 44mm span of this beast. The look is overpowering, but the wrist feel is a pure pleasure and "everyday" agreeable.
