Try out ThePremium Network for free: http://goo.gl/uRW8cM SECRETS Of Disney Employees Finally Revealed Subscribe to our channel: http://goo.gl/9CwQhg For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] You might consider yourself to be a huge Disney fan, but we bet that we know a few things about one of your favorite parks that might surprise you. Regardless of how many times you’ve taken the trip to Disneyland, there are always things you won’t notice, from hidden Mickey Mouse faces, to human skeletons on some of the rides. That’s right, one of your favorite rides, Pirates of the Caribbean, is home to actual skeletons. Frighteningly enough, those bones are far from the only body part to make it into the park. But not all the secrets that we will reveal are so grisley. We will tell you about Club 33, an exclusive club that if you don’t already know about, you probably can’t afford the expensive entrance fees. You might get a kick out of seeing your favorite Disney characters brought to life by performers, but those hard-working employees go through way more than you might guess. In addition to being responsible for their own makeup, or wearing costumes that can weigh almost 50 lbs, one big source of stress is being constantly manhandled by park guests. The park may seem to always be filled with people, but if you look closely, you might see one of the hundreds of cats that call Disneyland their home. It turns out that they have been around since the park first opened, and they don’t show any signs of disappearing any time soon. Celebration, Florida Waaay before any 3D City-Building computer game was cool, it was hard to make your own little town you could control yourself. Unless you owned Disney, of course! Disney’s fantasy was to create his own world, a new magic kingdom for real people. He unfortunately died in ’66, but the idea of the perfect fantasy town he had didn’t! In early 1990 the town of Celebration was built. It was meant to be the perfect town, where everything was by the book. And they did that in a very… specific way: must have snow at Christmas time, even if it’s fake since it is never going to snow in Florida, Christmas trees with plastic needles, (a lot of other Christmas stuff since Disney loves Christmas), a limited number of houses to keep the neighborhood organized, and a very strict set of rules. For some people this was the ideal place to live. Clean parks and streets, the grass is always cut, the bushes are all in nice shapes, the houses are perfect and it’s family oriented. Like Pleasantville! It was indeed the Disney Dream. But like with any utopian dream, in less than two decades things turned south. People began to realize that the fantasy they were living was nothing more than a lie when the first murder took place. Life wasn’t Disney, they weren’t living in a Disney movie and there was nothing magical about it. It was all just a perfect shell to hide the real, normal challenges of everyday life. Not long after the murder, another resident named Craig Foushee barricaded himself inside his home. A SWAT team arrived and opened fire. After more than ten hours they used tear gas to enter the house, only to find out the owner was already dead by his own hand. Disney sold most of its stake in Celebration in 2004, but the fantasy they wanted was a lie from the very beginning. 7. Death is NOT allowed at Disneyland Disneyland, with or without real skulls, (i’ll get back to that later) is a great place for a family to have fun. It’s the happiest place on earth right? This reputation isn’t easy to maintain, I’m sure! But how far would Disney go to keep this impression up? There are rumors about an unwritten policy that requires Disneyland staff to never let anyone die there. This doesn’t make any sense at first glance. There are lots of reports about deaths at Disney parks. For example an 18-year-old staff member was crushed by a malfunctioning stage in 1974. A plane crash killed two people in 1984 and the list goes on and on. But it seems that no death was declared at Disneyland! The theory claims that the staff is instructed to keep any wounded person alive until they are off of Disney property. They would even attempt to revive obviously deceased people in order to postpone declaring them dead. But how far from the truth is this theory? Pretty far away, actually. The facts are that paramedics won’t stop trying to save a life until they reach a hospital. The only time a paramedic is allowed to declare a person dead is under extreme circumstances where the survival of the patient would be impossible. And people have been declared dead in at least 3 incidents. 6. Wonderful Wizard of Bras Oh… Disney Land! The theme park everyone knows and loves and where every child wants to go. Who can blame them though? After all, any child would want to meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse, take a photo with Alice, explore Sleeping Beauty Castle or… get a racy bra and corset! Yes! You heard right. Back in 1955, when Disneyland first opened, you could, among all the usual attractions and souvenir shops, go buy some lingerie!! At the shop you could find out about the history of undergarments and even buy corsets and bras in the “corseteria” part of the shop. The entire lingerie store was hosted by a robot. Not any kind of robot though! The Wonderful Wizard of Bras Robot! It was placed on a revolving stage which was a mechanically controlled platform and it would move around and spew out a recording describing the items displayed. What else could you get here? Just the usual stuff: Some mannequins whose outer clothing would disappear, revealing their lingerie as you turn your head, a Singer Sewing Machine (which was a huge success) and some 3D boxes showcasing intimate apparel of the Victorian era. Shocking! Well actually this store might have actually been extremely successful Origins Explained is the place to be to find all the answers to your questions, from mysterious events and unsolved mysteries to everything there is to know about the world and its amazing animals!

As Erin Glover showed you in July, special Mickey Ear hats that light up the night can be seen throughout the park at various spots in Cars Land, Mad T Party and "World of Color." They're called "Glow with the Show" ears and they use the latest, infrared trigger technology that allows guests to become part of the "Disney magic," as their hats sync up to the colors in the shows and beat of the music. Now these special ears glow at Disneyland park. More than 3,000 Annual Passholders recently gathered to glow with the classic guest favorite, "Fantasmic!" The lights are RGB lights and the ears can be controlled separately. I came home and it took a couple of evenings to figure them out, but they are now hacked so I can control them with a remote control.

Check out these surprising confessions made by disney employees! Quite often kids will kick the characters, probably more than you think! Or adults will be incredibly rude. Of course there’s no way for the staff to put you in your place if they want to keep their job, because it is the most magical place on Earth remember, except by using what seems like a friendly phrase that you all know! “Have a Magical Day!” is, in fact, their way of telling you where to go. Yes, that’s right, if a Disney Princess, Pirate or even Mickey Mouse says “Have a Magical Day”- they are, in fact, telling you to “Go F Yourself”. Well, that’s according to some staff who used to work at the resorts at least. They are told to make every guest feel as special as possible, and this phrase is usually the one they resort to when they’re dealing with a particular difficult guest and so they say it in a sarcastic way. It’s all about the tone of voice! Don’t panic if it’s said to you and you’ve been polite though, it could just be that they’ve been having a bad day. 9. The Music Keeps Playing That’s right! The music keeps on playing, even when there aren’t any guests. Anyone who’s visited a Disney resort will know how catchy the music can be- sometimes it takes days for you to clear your head of it all, you know the one! Especially from rides like “It’s a Small World”! Well, take a moment to think about the poor ride operators who sit there listening to the music on continuous loop all day long- and it’s not just while the rides are in operation. The CIA uses music on a repeated loop to torture and break prisoners, and they have said it is very effective! To learn more be sure to check out my Facts About the CIA video!! One of the songs they use? It’s a small world. According to some former employees, the music continues well past the time the last guest has ridden, as they need to continually check and test the experience to ensure it’s living up to the entertainment and safety standards that you’d expect. Even the janitors sweep the place with the full music playing- something that would be taxing even for the most committed of Disney fans! 8. Fired for Taking a Selfie One of the rules of working at Disney is that you must stay in character at all times. This means answering every question in the way that your character would, knowing everything about the movies that they were in, and never shattering the illusion. If you play Mulan and some tourists come up to you and try to speak Chinese- you’d better have a good reason why you aren’t able to speak it back to them. It’s also not a great job for celebrity spotting, because if you see one you can’t go up and talk to them unless they approach you, and you absolutely mustn’t ruin any of the behind the scenes magic. This means taking photos of yourself while getting ready, or backstage in the resort, is completely banned- there have been numerous accounts of staff members who have done this and lost their jobs soon after. If you want a picture of yourself dressed up as Cinderella, you’d be much safer getting a friend to visit the park and getting a snap for you. And it better be in character and not in between! You have to keep the magic real!! 7. Security is EVERYWHERE Just as you’d find with any amusement park, there are prominently placed security staff all around Disney, but what you might not realize is that those visible guards are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to park security. Which is a good thing in this day in age. Talk about shattering the illusion. There must never be any bad event at Disney ever!! Origins Explained is the place to be to find all the answers to your questions, from mysterious events and unsolved mysteries to everything there is to know about the world and its amazing animals!

Family's from all over visit Disney, but do they know Disney has many hidden secrets? These are 13 shocking Disney park Secrets. Subscribe for weekly wacky videos and learn interesting facts about the world with awesome top 10 lists and other amazing videos. 7 - Animal Kingdom – At one point the famous Animal Kingdom was supposed to include a separate attraction within the attraction called “Beastly Kingdom.” This would be dedicated to mythical creatures and probably include some animatronics. Even though that idea never made its way to fruition there is a subtle nod to the project on the sign for Animal Kingdom. In the middle of a rhino and elephant you can see the silhouette of a dragon. We met you’ve never noticed THAT before! 6 - Smellitizers – If you’ve ever visited a Disney park and noticed a certain smell in a certain place, well that’s no accident. Smellitizers are devices that can be found in the tunnels below the parks and are located throughout Disney parks to emit certain smells in certain areas. Some of the most obvious smells are the smell of fresh baked cookies and vanilla on Main Street, fresh citrus on the Soarin’ ride, and a salty smell on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. Some of the less obvious, but definitely noteworthy smells are the smell of honey on Pooh’s adventures and burning wood on Spaceship Earth. 5 - Cinderella's castle – Cinderella’s castle may be the most well-known landmark in all of Disney parks. Everyone knows what it looks like and everyone knows where it’s located. What not many people know is that hidden inside the castle is a private guest suite, reserved for contest winners only. You cannot book this suite and it is given to families for use about once every two weeks. The suite has only been used approximately 600 times. Not only do you get a car to drop you at the Magic Kingdom, but you also get a personal guide to accompany you around the park acting as a personal FASTpass for rides and giving you all the information about the park you could ever want. Inside the suite are Disney character relics, such as Cinderella’s glass slipper and Captain Hook’s telescope, as well as a television disguised as a mirror that you use a magic wand to turn on. 4 - The Grey Stuff – A line from the song “Be Our Guest” in the movie Beauty and the Beast has the Lumiere sing “Try the grey stuff, it’s delicious – don’t believe us, ask the dishes!” Now you can try the grey stuff too! When dining at the Be Our Guest restaurant at Disney World, you can order the grey stuff, which is some sort of cookies and cream grey mousse. Originally not located on the menu, it’s now a featured dessert and you should really do yourself a favor and try it, because Lumiere was not lying – it is delicious! 3 - Tom Sawyer Island – This ride, located at Disney World, is a boat ride that takes you over to an island with a Tom Sawyer theme. It’s a very quiet, some would say boring ride. Boring, until you realize that you could walk away with a pretty awesome prize. The island supposedly has paintbrushes hidden all over the place, to recreate Tom Sawyers chore to whitewash his Aunt Polly’s fence. If you’re lucky enough to find a paintbrush, bring it over to your boat driver and they’ll reward you with a fastpass to any one ride in the park. Don’t go crazy looking for all the brushes, though. It’s only good for one brush per family. 2 - Club 33 – Club 33 is one of the cooler secrets within Disneyland. It’s located in the middle of New Orleans Square and is recognized only by a plate attached to the building that says “33.” To be allowed entry into the club, you must be a member, and to become a member you need to get on a waitlist that is estimated to be years long and it’s roughly $25,000 to join plus $10,000 in yearly dues. Some of the perks to the club, is –obviously, access to the club itself – alcoholic beverages, since the park is for the most park dry except for certain areas, early park admission, valet parking at the resorts and access to private events held at the park. 1 - Walt’s Apartment – When Walt Disney was designing and constructing Disneyland he wanted to build a special apartment hidden from the chaos of the park, but still within the park. He built the apartment above the Main Street Firehouse. The Disney family would spend time in the apartment, entertaining guests or Walt would do quiet work – his desk was set up against a window overlooking Main Street. A lamp in the window would be left on when Walt was present in the apartment which was a fun thing for guests to see. Since his passing, the light is always burning in the window as a tribute.

Disney Beat! The Disney Castles are the centrepieces of the Disney theme parks around the world, including Walt Disney World in Florida, and the Disneyland parks in California, Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai & Hong Kong! There's been many times in Disney park history when the castles have received overlays to celebrate anniversary milestones, like Disneyland's 60th Anniversary or Disney World's 25th Anniversary where Cinderella castle was turned into a giant pink birthday cake. As of recently there's even been old castles receiving brand new designs like Sleeping Beauty castle in Hong Kong Disney. Some of the castles are part of a bigger overall ride, an experience like the Beast's castle at Be Our Guest in Magic Kingdom or an attraction like the other castles in New Fantasyland that help place you in the magical world of Disney. This is all great but sometimes Disney misses the mark on these overlays and designs so today we'll be taking a look at Disney's Top 5 biggest castle mistakes in Disney park history!
