An egret is any of several herons, most of which are white or buff, and several of which develop fine plumes (usually milky white) during the breeding season. Many egrets are members of the genera Egretta or Ardea which also contain other species named as herons rather than egrets. The distinction between a heron and an egret is rather vague, and depends more on appearance than biology. The word "egret" comes from the French word "aigrette" that means both "silver heron" and "brush," referring to the long filamentous feathers that seem to cascade down an egret's back during the breeding season. In the 19th and early part of the 20th century, some of the world's egret species were endangered by relentless plume hunting, since hat makers in Europe and the United States demanded large numbers of egret plumes, leading to breeding birds being killed in many places around the world. Several Egretta species, including the Eastern Reef Egret, the Reddish Egret and the Western Reef Egret have two distinct colours, one of which is entirely white. Little Blue Heron has all-white juvenile plumage.

DESCRIPTION After staying on her own for a week, Charlotte the house cat is so desperate for food, she's reduced to drooling at her 101 Way to Cook Mice booklet. Then with an unexpected knock came the least expected aid: Tubby, a wandering mouth-cleaning mouse, arrived at her doorstep and offered her his services. While bamboozled by this improbable line of work, Charlotte finally found herself a plump mouse for dinner. But little Tubby isn't a mouse to be taken lightly, and cats who underestimate him learn the hard way what happens when you try eat the Mouse Cleaning Service. Here is the animation I'm working on start to finish. It still needs sound and some tweaking in places (yes, I am aware of the clipping, this is due to the order that modifiers are processed, I think). When Sol gets hungry, he likes to torment and devour helpless creatures like Ante here, and he doesn't stop just because they are trapped inside of him with no hope for escape, either. Like this? That Amp is just too gosh dang friendly for his own good, huh? Altaz just had to capitalize on that friendliness and win himself a fruity meal. This was a commission for Jizzal, and I actually got this one done in less then a week! Isn't that new and exciting? Sound once again by MonsterChow!

Video taken on April 8, 2007 of an Anaconda eating feeder chicks The green anaconda (Eunectes murinus) is the largest snake in the world by weight, and the second longest. This video focuses on the science of snake behavior to support a master's thesis. Video is for citation for junior high school, high school science reports. Shows the hunting strategy of a large constrictor, locating small prey by scent, using tongue. Video demonstrates that large constrictors have a preference for small prey as an opportunity for calories regardless of size, and regardless of assumptions made by researchers for exclusitivity of large food sources. Also, please note the 'pterygoid walk' of snake's jaws over small prey. Quadrate bones at back of snake's skulls at attachment points to lower jaws are not rigidly attached. They pivot allowing vertical and horizontal rotation. Unlike a mammalian jaw which is built for brute chewing or biting force -- as you can see in this video -- a snake's jaws are connected with tendons and ligaments that gives it maneuverability. A snake's lower jaw is not joined at the front by a rigid symphysis as mammal jaws are, but by an elastic ligament that allows the two halves to spread apart, connected in front by an elastic ligament. Each half of lower jaw moves independently. Quadrate bones at the back of snake's skulls at attachment points to lower jaws, are not rigidly attached. They pivot allowing vertical and horizontal rotation. Jaws of snakes do not dislocate. One of the enduring myths of snake feeding mechanisms is that the jaws detach. They stay connected all the time. As seen in the video, the two lower jaws move independently of one another. The quadrate bone is not rigidly attached to the skull, but articulates with the skull at one end and is therefore free moving. Video shows the “transport cycle” to get the feeder chicks into the python's stomach. Called a pterygoid walk, the python opens its jaw and alternately ratchets its upper jaw over the surface of the meal, in turn “walking” its mouth over and around the prey. Filmed with the University of Guadalajara for Biological and Agricultural Sciences, the division of Biological and Environmental Science Division, at the department of Botany and Zoology.

Tasty Blue ending! Giant shark eats the earth! Tasty Blue is a funny underwater game, where you play as a fish, and you eat everything smaller than you to keep getting bigger. Let's play Tasty Blue, and leave a like if you wanna see more! Fun fact: Tasty Blue is actually a sequel to a game called Tasty Planet! Here is a description of Tasty Blue by its developers Dingo Games: Tasty Blue is an underwater side-scrolling eat 'em up game. You start as a small goldfish with an insatiable appetite. After being overfed by your owner, you'll escape into the ocean and eat everything that you encounter. The more you eat, the bigger you get! In addition to the goldfish, you'll also play as a dolphin and a shark. The dolphin starts off as an overworked aquarium star, forced to jump through flaming hoops for food. He escapes from captivity by eating his way through the aquarium and taking revenge on his trainer. The shark is the final playable character, an artificial fish created by scientists to save Earth's oceans. It uses self-replicating nano technology to consume everything in its path and convert their matter into its own. There's no telling how big this shark will get. Levels There are over 50 levels in the main story mode of the game. There are also 15 more challenging bonus levels to play after the main game has been completed. Environments There are three main environments to explore in the game: temperate, tropical, and arctic. Difficulty There are a wide range of difficulty levels to choose from. On the easiest difficulty enemies do virtually no damage. On the most challenging difficulty enemies will eat you and cause instant level failure. Carnage Mode Adjust the amount of blood that comes from your prey. This is off by default. 2-Player Local Coop Two players can play side by side on the same computer. Options allow for split screen (horizontal or vertical) or shared screen (this provides more screen space but constrains the movement of players together). Controller Support Keyboard and mouse controls are supported in all modes. On Windows, most controllers will work for the single player game. To use controllers in 2-player coop mode, both controllers need to be Xbox 360 or Xbox One controllers. On Mac, PS3 and PS4 controllers are supported. I hope you guys enjoyed this Tasty Blue gameplay! If you did, feel free to leave a like and subscribe! Gruesome footage shows the moment a wild python was caught regurgitated a two-month-old PUPPY. The serpent pounced on the female dog as she scampered around the yard at the home in Chachoengsao, Thailand, on November 13 morning. It swallowed the hapless puppy named 'Love Love' then slithered off under a pile of wooden crates to digest its meal. Owner Pongsee Parapitak said she went outside to give food to her two pet puppies but only one of them came running over. She then made the chilling discovery of the python.

Videos of stoned dogs have been posted on YouTube and show what happens when people's precious pooches accidently eat food laced with pot. Now that medical marijuana is legal in 23 states, pot-infused edibles are more common than ever and scenarios with dogs getting high are also more common. A vet told Inside Edition what to do if your dog ingests marijuana.

It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia.Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) signifies the subjective experience of 'low-grade euphoria' characterized by 'a combination of positie feelings, relaxation, and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin'.It typically begins 'on the scalp' before moving 'down the spine' to the base of the neck, sometimes spreading 'to the back, arms and legs as intensity increases', most commonly triggered by specific acoustic and visual stimuli including the content of some digital videos, and less commonly by intentional attentional control. The Venus flytrap (also referred to as Venus's flytrap or Venus' flytrap), Dionaea muscipula, is a carnivorous plant native to subtropical wetlands on the East Coast of the United States in North Carolina and South Carolina. It catches its prey—chiefly insects and arachnids—with a trapping structure formed by the terminal portion of each of the plant's leaves, which is triggered by tiny hairs on their inner surfaces. Halloween, or Hallowe'en (a contraction of All Hallows’ Evening), also known as Allhalloween, All Hallows' Eve, or All Saints' Eve, is a celebration observed in a number of countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows' Day. It begins the three-day observance of Allhallowtide, the time in the liturgical year dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs, and all the faithful departed. It is widely believed that many Halloween traditions originated from Celtic harvest festivals which may have pagan roots, particularly the Gaelic festival Samhain, and that this festival was Christianized as Halloween. Some academics, however, support the view that Halloween began independently as a solely Christian holiday. Halloween activities include trick-or-treating (or the related guising), attending Halloween costume parties, decorating, carving pumpkins into jack-o'-lanterns, lighting bonfires, apple bobbing and divination games, playing pranks, visiting haunted attractions, telling scary stories and watching horror films. In many parts of the world, the Christian religious observances of All Hallows' Eve, including attending church services and lighting candles on the graves of the dead, remain popular, although elsewhere it is a more commercial and secular celebration. Some Christians historically abstained from meat on All Hallows' Eve, a tradition reflected in the eating of certain foods on this vigil day, including apples, potato pancakes and soul cakes.
